Ez\u00e9rt is lep\u0151dtem meg, hogy siker\u00fclt &#8211; puszt\u00e1n szimp\u00e1tia alapj\u00e1n &#8211; \u00e9ppen egy olyat tal\u00e1lnom, amit nem kell s\u00fctni. Mert \u00e9n pont s\u00fctni szerettem volna. M\u00e9gis k\u00edv\u00e1ncsiv\u00e1 tett ez a sajttorta recept, \u00edgy kipr\u00f3b\u00e1ltam. K\u00e9pzelhetitek, mekkora sikert aratott, ha egy h\u00e9ten bel\u00fcl k\u00e9tszer is elk\u00e9sz\u00edtettem&#8230;! Megtiszt\u00edtunk, megh\u00e1mozunk, kimagozunk \u00e9s felkock\u00e1zunk egy alm\u00e1t. A m\u00e9zet egy kis l\u00e1bosban kiss\u00e9 karamelliz\u00e1ljuk, majd beletessz\u00fck az alm\u00e1t \u00e9s az \u00e1fony\u00e1t. Kis l\u00e1ngon puh\u00e1ra p\u00e1roljuk. Ha elk\u00e9sz\u00fclt, k\u00e9zi mixerrel p\u00fcr\u00e9s\u00edtj\u00fck (vigy\u00e1zva, mert forr\u00f3 \u00e9s fr\u00f6cs\u00f6ghet).
