A gyermekek j\u00e1t\u00e9kos form\u00e1ban ismerkedhetnek meg a konyhai alapanyagokkal \u00e9s eszk\u00f6z\u00f6kkel \u00e9s mi, anyuk\u00e1k sem s\u00fcrg\u00fcnk-forgunk egyed\u00fcl. Egy sz\u00f3, mint sz\u00e1z: ha bevonjuk gyermek\u00fcnket a konyhai munk\u00e1ba, t\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r\u00f6sen megt\u00e9r\u00fcl \u00e9s amellett, hogy elk\u00e9sz\u00fcl a vacsora, hasznos id\u0151t t\u00f6lt\u00fcnk vele.
