Nagy b\u00e1natomra a reform-alapanyagok m\u00e1sk\u00e9pp reag\u00e1lnak egym\u00e1ssal, nem lehet a hagyom\u00e1nyos recepteket alkalmazni r\u00e1juk. \u00cdgy ha nem vend\u00e9geknek s\u00fct\u00f6k, reforms\u00fcti receptekkel k\u00eds\u00e9rletezgetek. A mai eredm\u00e9ny pedig a teljes ki\u0151rl\u00e9s\u0171 lisztes-zablisztes-frukt\u00f3zos muffin lett, \u00e9des\u00edt\u0151szeres puncspudinggal t\u00f6ltve. Meglep\u0151en sz\u00e9pen felj\u00f6ttek, k\u00f6nny\u0171 t\u00e9szt\u00e1juk lett \u00e9s az \u00edz\u00fckr\u0151l nem lehet megmondani, hogy nem hagyom\u00e1nyos alapanyagokb\u00f3l k\u00e9sz\u00fcltek. M\u00e9rhetetlen\u00fcl harmonikus lett az \u00edzvil\u00e1guk! M\u00e9g a barna sz\u00edn\u0171 keny\u00e9rf\u00e9l\u00e9kt\u0151l is \u00f3dzkod\u00f3 f\u00e9rjem v\u00e9lem\u00e9nye is az volt, hogy ilyen finom muffin-t m\u00e9g nem evett.
